Our House Outreach
Our House Outreach is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families move from instability to independence through coordinated support, housing resources, and workforce opportunity.
Material & Behavioral Support
We help stabilize individuals by addressing essential material needs and behavioral challenges that can interfere with progress. Our approach focuses on immediate support, behavioral stabilization, crisis response, and thoughtful care coordination so individuals are able to engage fully in the next steps toward independence.
Life Skills & Independent Living
We equip individuals with the skills needed to manage daily life and move toward independence. This includes life skills education, financial literacy, self-advocacy, decision-making, and support with community integration.
Housing Resources
We provide clear pathways from housing instability to long-term, sustainable housing. Our services support individuals through temporary housing placement, permanent housing navigation, and housing readiness to promote lasting stability.
Vocational Training & Workforce Development
We connect people to training and employment opportunities that support economic independence. Through vocational training, workforce readiness, job placement, and career coaching, participants gain the tools needed to secure and maintain employment.
